• User: Registered person who accesses the membership services of Fitness Club.
• Partner: Affiliated center authorized by Fitness Club to offer services through the app.
• App: Official Fitness Club mobile application available for Android and iOS devices.
• Membership: Active plan purchased by the user allowing access to centers and discounts.

2. Registration and Access

2.1 Users

To access the services, the user must create an account using Firebase Authentication, providing data such as email, phone number, and password. This information is used solely for authentication and account security. Users can modify personal details like password and phone number from the app profile.

2.2 Partners

Access is authorized only by the Fitness Club team. Partners receive credentials and a unique QR code to be scanned by users.

3. Main Features

3.1 For Users

• Scan QR codes from affiliated centers (camera permission required).
• Check check-in history.
• Renew memberships directly through the app.
• Edit basic information (phone number and password).

3.2 For Partners

• Display a unique QR code for users to scan.
• Receive notifications when a user scans their QR.
• View check-in history at their center.
• Access a list of their customers.
• Edit basic information (phone number and password).
• Access a direct link to their center within the app.

4. Memberships and Tiers

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Each QR scan at a partner center deducts a tier according to the active plan. Renewals can be made within the app.

5. Device Permissions

The application may request permissions such as:
• Camera: only to scan QR codes in affiliated centers.
• Internet connection: required to sync data and validate memberships.
Fitness Club does not access or store photos, videos, or other multimedia content from the device.

6. Data Collection and Usage

The app only collects the data necessary for its operation. This includes:

Registration data: email, phone number, user UID (Firebase Auth).

Technical data: IP address, device ID, error logs (Firebase Analytics).
Usage history: QR scans and visited centers.

Purpose of data usage:
- Account authentication and security.
- Improve stability and performance.
- Register check-ins.
- Send notifications to partners when a user checks in at their center.

7. Third-Party Services

Fitness Club uses the following Google Firebase services:
Firebase Authentication: login and registration management.
Firebase Analytics: anonymous usage analysis (automatic logs).

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Fitness Club guarantees the confidentiality of user information. The collected data is neither sold nor shared with third parties without explicit consent, except when required by law.

Misuse of QR codes, falsified check-ins, or sharing access with others is strictly prohibited.

10. Liability and Limitations

Fitness Club is not responsible for issues occurring at affiliated centers or misuse of the QR code.

We reserve the right to modify functionalities and terms with prior notice through the app.

11. Modifications to the Terms

Fitness Club reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services or legal compliance. Users will be notified of relevant updates through the app or via email.

12. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

Fitness Club complies with international privacy regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Users have the right to:
